Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing DTF Missouri. We take great pride in delivering superior print quality and precision. Because our transfers and prints are customized and manufactured to your exact requirements, all sales are final once processed. We do not accept discretionary returns or issue refunds unless an item contains a verified production defect or arrives damaged.
Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, flawed in production, physically damaged, or fulfilled incorrectly, we are committed to making it right:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.
2. Email support@dtfmissouri.com with your order number, a summary of the problem, and clear photos highlighting the defect or damaged areas.
3. Once reviewed and approved, we will send an immediate replacement or the missing items free of charge, with complimentary shipping. No physical return of damaged prints is typically required.
Apparel Size Exchanges (Garments Only)
While custom DTF prints and gang sheets are strictly non-exchangeable, we permit size swaps for blank or standard apparel garments (such as T-shirts and sweatshirts) under the following conditions:
- Exchange Window: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a size exchange.
- Item State: Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with any attached tags intact.
- Return Shipping: Customers are entirely responsible for purchasing and providing their own tracked return postage label. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be credited.
Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions
- Made-to-Order Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom DTF film transfers, bespoke gang sheets, and customer-supplied design prints are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Artwork & File Errors: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for print errors arising from low resolution, transparent file inaccuracies, pixelation, or spelling errors in submitted artwork.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Clearance merchandise and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
